Ovidius University of Constanta (OUC) is a public higher education institution located in Constanța, Romania. By taking part in this project that will create a respectful collective, people learn to be in peace in society and to love each other with "respect". We want to contribute to the happier lives of our people in Tokat, the ancient city which is the cradle of civilisations with its 7 thousand years of history.

It aims to create modern and aesthetic development areas for contemporary urban transformation, to prioritise environmental sensitivity, to complete infrastructure projects efficiently and to meet the needs of its citizens by protecting the historical heritage and texture of Tokat. It is a municipality that protects cultural and social values, contributes to human-oriented development, promotes greener, cleaner and healthier living spaces, facilitates daily life, and continuously improves its service quality and scope. Its main objective is to demonstrate an honourable and stable stance based on trust, justice and transparency.
